The Birchgrove Property Group is a developer of residential estates in regional Victoria. It has a significant history commencing in 1973 as a land development business originally established and still based in Bendigo. Developments completed by the Birchgrove Property Group have been the catalyst for the significant residential settlements we see in the Bendigo suburbs of Strathdale and Strathfieldsaye today.

Whilst the Birchgrove Property Group has a demonstrated history in development the forward vision is a continuing commitment to providing better more sustainable residential living environments. This includes not only the subdivision of the land but influencing the built form through a range of measures also. They believe that the development of land and construction of built form need to be better integrated to provide for a more complete result in the finished product.
